The project is managed by Studio 3 Arts, the borough’s leading arts organization with over 50 years of experience in performance practice and public art. Studio 3 Arts are based in the old community centre of Gascoigne Estate on Boundary Road and are the main point of contact for the project.  They are at the forefront of socially- engaged, co-created artistic practice and run a creative venue for artists, communities and individuals to create work across North East London and West Essex, in all art forms, that pioneers real change, both in terms of art and society.
